Acknowledgment, Power of Attorney, Real Estate Documents, Property Documents, Trust Documents, Last Will & Testaments, Affidavits, Advance Health Directives, Divorce Documents, and School Documents.
OATHS, AFFIRMATIONS, & JURATS
$15 / person
Certified Copy of POA Only
$15 / copy
Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates as well as Photographs and Passports do not qualify.
TRAVEL FEES
These fees are added to your notarial fees for the convenience of coming to your location.
WITHIN 20 MILE RADIUS
$2 / mile
20-35 MILE RADIUS
$3 / mile
CASH, CHECKS, & CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
$1.50 additional fee for credit cards
Please have the courtesy to let your notary know 24 in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. In the event where a notary travels to your location and you are not available for signing after your appointment was confirmed, the invoice for travel fees will be sent via text or email.
